Optimize financial resources and see to the control of risk, prepare budgets, take part in decisions related to corporate financing, develop financial models and analyses. Mr. Abdelfatah is responsible for overseeing all organization activities, establishing management policies, handling major issues, creating the company's strategies, setting diverse goals and objectives, approving annual budgets, setting benefits and salaries. IFS is one of the main Companies that founded and separately managed by Mr. Abdelfatah In the same time Mr. Abdelfatah has 15 years of work experience in Management, haulage, logistics, supply chain and general supply services. Mr. Ismail is directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company’s operations procedures, reporting on the performance and initiating improvements for the operations department. Mr. Ismail additionally acts as a liaison with external parties on matters related to the procurement of services, contracts and materials for the company's products. Mr. Ismail graduated from El Zagazig University with a B.A. in Commerce in 2002. And he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Gen. Saad Shalan

Gen. Saad Shalan is a former Army general and a sergeant in ranks and responsibilities until he reached the director of Republican Guard Projects and deputy commander of the Republican Guard. He is overseeing and coordinates safety and security efforts across the company, including personal, warehouses, offices, fleets and identify safety and security initiatives and standards including protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with corporate strategic plan. Manage the development and implementation of safety and security policy, guidelines and procedures and risk management to ensure ongoing maintenance of safety and security. Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other related government agencies. Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
